KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Accounting Operations

● Record daily sales, purchases, banking entries, and expenses in Tally Books.

● Maintain petty cash records and daily reconciliation.

● Track and update payment gateways such as PayU, Razorpay, Shopify, Amazon, Meesho, Tata 1mg, Flipkart, etc.

Reconciliation & Reporting

● Perform bank reconciliation, payment gateway reconciliation, and courier COD reconciliation (Shiprocket, Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, etc.).

● Create daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

● Monitor outstanding payments for vendors, warehouses, and service partners.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

● Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock-in/out reports.

● Track purchase orders, material receipts, and GRN entries.

● Update SKU-level costing, COGS, and stock valuation.

GST, Compliance & Documentation

● Prepare GST data for CA submission.

● Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, credit notes, and purchase bills.

● Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Vendor & Partner Communication

● Share and verify invoices with suppliers, marketplaces, and logistics partners.

● Follow up on payments, discrepancies, or short shipments.

Skills & Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).

● Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Busy Accounting.

● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Accounting.

● Excellent proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).

● Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

● Ability to coordinate across teams (warehouse, marketing, vendors).
