Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation, with proficiency in Tally and experience in GST & TDS filing. Key Responsibilities: Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and ledger management. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely compliance. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. Work closely with auditors and tax consultants. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally ERP and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Preferred: Experience in handling audits and financial reconciliation. Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting tools.
