Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to manage the financial and accounting operations of our Dubai office. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, particularly in the construction industry, and the ability to handle all site-level financial functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, and petty cash transactions.

Prepare project-wise expense statements and maintain supporting documentation.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and coordinate with the Head Office finance team.

Handle supplier and subcontractor payments as per approved schedules.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports and MIS.

Support payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements.

Ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements

M.Com degree is mandatory.

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction / contracting industry.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.

Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Willing to relocate and work in Dubai under company-provided accommodation.
