*Job Description:*

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Maintain and update accounting records and files

- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions

- Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory filings

- Collaborate with internal and external auditors

- Provide support during financial audits and reviews

- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

- Monitor and manage cash flow

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- CPA certification or equivalent preferred

- 01 years of experience in accounting or finance

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)

- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
