Job Description

Job Summary:The Accountant is responsible for managing and reporting the financial data of the organization. This includes preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting budgeting and audit processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Manage general ledger entries and reconcile bank statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports. Support external and internal audit processes. Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense reports. Petty Cash handling. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions. Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency. Einvoicing, eway bill generation Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an accountant, auditor, or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and time management skills. Working Conditions: Typically office-based; may involve occasional overtime during reporting periods. Collaboration with finance teams, auditors, and management.
