Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books.
• Prepare and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Manage Excel imports, data validation, and reporting.
• Handle email-based accounting coordination with vendors and partners.
• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and payment tracking.
• Manage accounting for Amazon, Blinkit, and other online platforms.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist during audits.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Imports).
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Familiar with Amazon Seller Central and Blinkit Accounting.
• Strong communication and email management skills.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and diligent in task execution.
• Sound understanding of general accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
