Job Title: Accountant (Female Candidates Only) Location: 403, Sahitya Business Park, Opp. H P Petrol Pump, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat- 382415. Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented candidates to manage GST returns and TDS/TCS return filing processes for our clients. The role involves data collection, reconciliation, and filing of returns within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Experience in handling GST, TDS, and TCS processes is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Filing TDS and TCS returns accurately and on time. Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Coordinating with clients for data collection and verification. - Process invoices, payments, and receipts. - Reconcile accounts in Tally and generate reports. - Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets in Excel. - Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital). - Assist in preparing financial documents using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (preferred). - Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Good understanding of accounting principles. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
