About Indiquick Impex

At Indiquick Impex, we are actively engaged in international trade and brand development, delivering excellence across import, export, and global distribution. To strengthen our internal operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant who can handle financial tasks as well as provide administrative support to the team.

About the Role

This dual role requires a professional who can manage accounting functions while assisting in day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts).
  • Handle GST, TDS, and tax-related entries and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, ledgers, and financial reports.
  • Assist in invoicing, billing, and vendor/client payments.
  • Coordinate with auditors, CA, and finance consultants.

Office Assistance Duties

  • Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and records.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Handle emails, calls, and office communication in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Accountant / Accounts Assistant / Office Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in import-export accounting.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Accounting software.
  • Ability to coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and clients.
