Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage invoicing, accounts receivables, and payables in QBO . Process payroll in Paychex , ADP , ensuring tax compliance and deductions. Perform bank reconciliation, financial analysis, and budgeting . Assist with US tax filings (941, 1120, 1099-NEC, FUTA 940) . Oversee employee onboarding, background checks, and HR compliance . Preferred candidate profile 6+ years in US Accounting, Payroll & HR operations . Proficiency in QBO, Paychex Payroll, and financial reporting . Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
