Accountant

Mocha Technologies is a rapidly growing fintech company specializing in industry leading fintech software products including, Accounting, E-Signature, and Property and Investment Management to support businesses of all sizes across the globe.

This role involves working with Mocha Accounting software. It is an advanced cloud-based accounting software that streamlines several crucial financial tasks such as invoicing, expenses, inventory, purchase orders, reporting, and dashboards. It automates many accounting processes, providing customization to accommodate the unique needs of various businesses. The software allows users to send invoices online, receive payments, integrate with other systems, and gain valuable insights into financial performance through robust reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting and billing management tasks for company and our clients in USA/India
• Perform HR & Payroll Accounting Tasks
• Test accounting / investment modules in our software for accuracy, reliability, and ease of use
• Identify bugs or discrepancies and collaborate with developers for resolution
• Evaluate workflows and lead process improvements
• Provide regular feedback on UI/UX from an accountant’s perspective
• Onboard CA firms and support implementation and user training
• Work closely with lead US accountants and software development teams.

Qualifications:

• Inter CA or equivalent accounting qualification in progress
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and reporting
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills
• Interest in financial technology or software testing preferred
• Can speak in English fluently and comfortable communicating with US team
