Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Accountant who has a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and is eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world financial operations. The ideal candidate should already possess practical knowledge in key areas such as GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns (ITR), Company Incorporation, Company Audit, Banking, Finalization of Accounts, and various compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with GST filings, reconciliations, and return preparation.
• Support in TDS calculation, deduction, payment & returns.
• Help in the incorporation of companies and understanding ROC compliances.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements and accounts under supervision.
• Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for individuals and companies.
• Support the statutory and internal audit processes.
• Handle bank reconciliations and maintain strong banking documentation.
• Maintain compliance calendars and assist with timely filing.
• Work with senior accountants and auditors on regular accounting and compliance activities.

Qualification:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory.
• Must have working knowledge (internship/project level acceptable) of:
• GST
• TDS
• Finalization of Accounts
• ITR Filing
• Company Audit
• Banking operations
• ROC / Compliance knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software is a plus
