Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in TDS, GST returns, reconciliations, and monthly closing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities: entries, ledgers, reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately and on time.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly returns (24Q/26Q).
Oversee vendor and customer reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet schedules.
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Assist in monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reporting.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Improve accounting processes and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.
Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, pivot, reconciliation formulas).
Strong communication, accuracy, and deadline-driven mindset.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
