POST: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

All types of Accounts related works : Tally ERP Prime, TA Bill generate, Tax invoice, GSTR 3B, 1B Filling, GST return, Profit and Loss calculation, ITR Return, BRS, knowledge in TDS and TDS Return, Purchase order, Coordinate with vendors.

Overseeing the purchasing process, including ordering, purchasing, shipping, and inventory. This may include identifying business needs, finding suppliers, negotiating prices, and setting up order quantities.

Financial analysis: Analysing financial data, preparing financial statements, and reviewing financial reports.

Risk management: Assessing and managing financial risks to ensure the business remains resilient.

Financial guidance: Providing financial guidance to other departments within the company.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings.

EXPERIENCE: 7-10YRS (PREFERABLY) FRESHERS DO NOT APPLY

QUALIFICATION: B.COM with good working experience as an Accountant . (Specialized knowledge in TAX invoice, BRS, ITR return, TDS and TDS return, GST filling). Audit etc.

SALARY: 15,000- 25,000/- (according to the portfolio)

AGE: not below 45 yrs.

FACILITIES: SALARY + P.F+ ESI+ INSURANCE+ YEARLY PERFORMANANCE BONUS+ INCREMENT (2 TO 15% EVERY YEAR ACCORDING TO PERFORMANCE)
