Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and self-driven Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities. This role requires ownership of accounts and payroll, along with occasional support at the reception when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who likes autonomy, understands small-to-medium business finances, and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain daily accounts, expenses, and income records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Handle bank reconciliation and cash management
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (with CA support, if any)

Payroll & Administration

• Manage employee payroll, attendance, and salary processing
• Maintain staff records and related documentation

Reception Support (Occasional)

• Assist with basic reception duties when required
• Handle patient billing and payment coordination
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (healthcare experience preferred, not mandatory)
• Good knowledge of accounting software (Tally / Zoho / similar)
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll processes
• Comfortable using MS Excel and basic computer tools
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude
