Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: o  Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. o  Record all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Billing & Invoicing: o  Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices. o  Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing. Banking & Reconciliation: o  Handle daily banking transactions and fund transfers. o  Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Payroll & Compliance: o  Assist in preparation of monthly payroll. o  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Financial Reporting: o  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. o  Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Audit & Coordination: o  Coordinate with internal and external auditors. o  Ensure timely submission of financial data and reports. Support to Operations: o  Assist in maintaining records for UAE and Singapore operations from Navi Mumbai office. o  Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. General Responsibilities: o  Maintain confidentiality of company’s financial information. o  Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting activities.
