As a Junior Officer MIS Accounting, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the organization through various accounting tasks and supporting financial decision-making. Your detail-oriented approach and strong background in MIS and accounting will contribute to accurate reporting and analysis, driving business success. Key Responsibilities: - Process and record all types of entries in the journal voucher accurately and ensure proper books closure. - Utilize Oracle, Power BI, PowerPoint, and MS Excel for data analysis and presentation to support financial decision-making. - Prepare monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide insights into the organization's financial performance. - Generate and present monthly expense statements to track organizational spending and budget effectively. - Conduct variance analysis of Profit & Loss statements to identify discrepancies and trends for informed decision-making. - Compile and prepare reconciliation statements to maintain financial data accuracy. - Create expense allocation sheets to assist in effective budget management. - Manage Capex compilation status and track fixed assets management, including addition and deletion schedules. - Engage with plant personnel to address and resolve various accounting activities effectively. - Address queries from statutory and internal audits related to accounting areas. - Perform item cost variance analysis to monitor and control costs efficiently. - Initiate automation initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance overall efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Strong proficiency in MIS tools, Oracle, Power BI, PowerPoint, and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles. - Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
