Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Experience: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage the complete accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to finalization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Books, GST filing, and end-to-end financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily accounting records in Zoho Books
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
Process invoices, vendor bills, and expense claims accurately
Manage monthly closing, P&L statements, and balance sheet preparation
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all transactions
Provide financial data analysis and reports to management as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho Books
Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to handle end-to-end accounts independently

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Zoho Books automation and reports
Knowledge of income tax filing and ROC documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
