**Position: Office Administrator** **Company: Preet Textiles and Sister Firms** **Locations: Rb Estates, Loharka Road, Amritsar | **Job Description:** We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team as Office Administrators. This role offers flexible hours from 9:00 am , starting, and ending between 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday for one role, and Monday to Sunday for the other role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to support various administrative tasks. - Proficient in MS Office suite to create, edit, and manage documents efficiently. - Handle communication effectively both verbally and in writing. - Manage day-to-day office operations ensuring smooth functioning. - Possess knowledge of BUSY/Tally accounting software. - Assist in various administrative tasks as required by the management team. - Maintain records accurately and ensure data integrity. **Requirements:** - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential. - Proficient in MS Office suite. - Familiarity with BUSY/Tally accounting software is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
