Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime and basic computer software, including MS Office . The candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase, sales, and data entries for three companies under one roof, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks for all three companies, including purchase and sales entries in Tally Prime. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and ledgers. Perform data entry and assist in preparing various business reports as required. Handle invoices, receipts, payments , and bank reconciliation tasks. Maintain inventory records and track stock movements. Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and company procedures. Coordinate with the finance team and provide required reports and updates. Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in Tally Prime for accounting. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Good communication skills. Previous experience in managing accounting and office tasks is a plus. Job Requirements: Must be able to work efficiently and independently. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of basic office administration and accounting procedures. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
