The role involves understanding client business needs, providing training, configuring systems, and offering ongoing support. You will work with a dynamic team to drive successful software implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Strong interest in software, accounting, and business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus. Experience in software implementation or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.
