Accountant/ Book Keeper

As an Invoice Processing Officer, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Raising invoices, setting up customers and suppliers - Running transaction reports, billing summaries, and revenue analysis - Liaising with internal stakeholders for invoice requests - Responding promptly and professionally to internal and external queries - Generating debtor invoices and processing customer credit notes - Participating in ongoing Business Improvement projects - Attending to invoicing disputes and concerns with the associated team - Following up on debtors, emailing billing summaries, and ensuring all invoices are paid - Managing contracts to prevent lapses - Providing End of Month Reports as required by Management To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Working towards Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting are highly desirable - Experience working with various accounting software, especially Xero, is essential - Ability to manage tight timelines and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders - Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with internet-based communication tools - Availability to work at least 20 hours per week If you are looking for a challenging role that involves invoice processing, debtor management, and contract monitoring, this position offers an opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the financial operations of the company.,
