Job Title : Accountant & Office Admin Company : Aantrik Interiors Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore Job Type : Full-time | In-person Job Summary Aantrik Interiors is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Admin to handle daily financial operations and ensure smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Record and manage daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts). Maintain accurate ledgers and generate regular financial reports. Track accounts payable/receivable and follow up on pending payments. Coordinate with external vendors, CA, and auditors; assist with GST and compliance. Handle office operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management. Maintain organized records (digital & physical) and support documentation needs. Assist with team scheduling, internal communication, and basic HR support. Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) Schedule : Day shift | Tuesday to Saturday (with alternating working Sundays) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (preferred) 1+ year of relevant experience in accounting/admin roles Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace Good communication skills in English Willingness to relocate to Bangalore.
