Job Title: Accountant Location: Dibrugarh, Assam Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Accounting / Chartered Accountancy Mandatory Qualifications & Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally (ERP / Prime) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.) Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: CA-Inter or higher Experience in bank audits Knowledge of relevant financial laws, compliance requirements, and audit procedures Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant to join our team in Dibrugarh. The ideal candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Tally and MS Excel , and preferably have exposure to bank audits and CA-Inter qualifications . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Tally (ERP and Prime) Assist with tax planning, computation, and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns Support and participate in statutory and concurrent bank audits Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Handle day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and documentation Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management in accordance with the role.
