Job Responsibilities: Tally & Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally software. Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers. Process all accounts payable and receivable. GST & TDS Management: Ensure timely filing of GST returns and manage GST compliance. Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations, payments, and returns. Provide support for GST Audit processes. ESI & EPF: Manage ESI (Employee State Insurance) and EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) contributions and filings. Wage Maintenance: Maintain and process monthly wage calculations, ensuring all employees' payments are made on time. Ensure accurate payroll processing and deductions. Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment with company records. Track all financial transactions and ensure accuracy. Reporting: Generate various financial reports as required by management. Provide support in financial audits and help prepare necessary documentation. General Administration: Use MS Word and MS Excel for document preparation, reporting, and data analysis. Maintain records and files of financial transactions. Assist with general office tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred. Technical Skills: Expertise in Tally for accounting and financial management. In-depth knowledge of GST , TDS , ESI , and EPF regulations and compliance. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting. Good typing speed with accuracy. Excellent knowledge of IT and handling financial software. Languages Known: English, Hindi, Telugu (Ability to communicate fluently in these languages is compulsary). Experience: Prior experience as an accountant, especially handling GST and TDS compliance, is preferred. Additional Information: This is a service-oriented company, and there is no need to manage stock or inventory.
