Position Overview:

competent and detail-oriented Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
• Handle

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  and

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

  efficiently.
• Prepare and file

  GST returns

  ,

  TDS payments

  , and other statutory obligations.
• Maintain accurate financial data in

  Tally ERP

  and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Support

  month-end and year-end closing

  , including P&L and balance sheet preparation.
• Prepare and manage

  bank reconciliations

  ,

  vendor payments

  , and

  expense reports

  .
• Ensure timely compliance with

  Indian accounting standards

  and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for reporting and compliance tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree

  in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 2–5 years

  of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  and

  Microsoft Excel

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  TDS

  ,

  GST

  , and

  Indian accounting standards

  .
• Fluent

  English communication

  (written and verbal) is a must.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in an IT/Consulting firm or a fast-paced corporate setup.
• Exposure to payroll, MIS reporting, and audit coordination.
• Knowledge of compliance with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory filings will be a plus.
