Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts, Journals). Handle complete accounting work, ensuring accuracy and timely posting of all transactions. Manage cash ledgers, daily cash book updates and cash statements. Verify, record and file vouchers (payment, receipt, journal, purchase, petty cash etc.). Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements. Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements and customer balances. Handle GST returns, TDS, PF/ESI and other statutory compliances. Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with HR for salary inputs. Maintain proper documentation for expenses, store consumption and branch accounts. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality of all financial data. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance). 1–4 years of experience in Accounting / Finance. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP. Good understanding of GST, TDS and general accounting principles. Strong MS Excel skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary RangeCompetitive and based on experience.
