Account Specialist

Job Title: Accountant 

Location: Gurgaon sec 82

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: 3–4 years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Shift Timing: 10 A.M – 6:30 P.M

Week Off: Sunday

Industry: Construction 

Key Skills Required

* Proficient in Tally ERP (must have hands-on knowledge of account entries in Tally)

* knowledge of GST filing, compliance & GST bill generation

* Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel

* Experience in payment ledger management

* Good communication & coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.

* Generate GST bills and manage related documentation.

* Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and vendor payments.

* Prepare data for GST & TDS records maintain, compliance knowledge as per pvt. Ltd. Company.

* Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, payment ledgers, and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with vendors and manage accounts payable/receivable.

* Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection follow-ups.

* Meet and coordinate with the CA for filing and audit requirements.

* Exposure to Zoho software for accounting and financial reporting.
