Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive – Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad (Field visits required)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive for our Hyderabad branch. The candidate will be responsible for visiting Apollo hospitals and clinics for payment follow-ups, reconciliation of dues, and ensuring timely collection. Regular coordination with the Accounts Department at the Chennai Head Office will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit Apollo hospitals and clinics for collection follow-up (and other hospitals/clinics if necessary)

Perform account reconciliation with hospitals/clinics to resolve outstanding issues

Track and monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely recovery

Maintain and update AR and reconciliation reports daily

Coordinate with Chennai HO for MIS, escalations, and resolving discrepancies

Follow up on short payments, pending approvals, credit notes, and mismatch issues

Build strong working relationships with client finance/billing teams

Submit timely collection reports and supporting documents

✔ Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections and Reconciliation

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Ability to travel across Hyderabad for field visits

Basic accounting knowledge with good Excel skills

Self-driven and disciplined in report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
