Account Payable Executive

As an Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing customer billing and accounts receivable processes efficiently. - Utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and SAP to maintain accurate financial records. - Applying your strong understanding of accounting principles to analyze financial data and prepare reports. - Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Demonstrating familiarity with U.S. tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance. In order to excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 months of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role. - Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is considered a plus. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Familiarity with U.S. tax laws and financial regulations. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
