Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Leadership

    : Act as the primary brand representative for domestic and international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Jio Mart, Smart Biz).
  • Channel Management

    : Oversee account health, profitability (P&L), and key performance metrics (conversion rate, GMV, ASP, returns, cancellations, margins).
  • Strategic Initiatives

    : Drive business metrics and develop growth strategies, coordinating with category managers and marketplace teams for new product launches and advertising.
  • Marketplace Operations

    : Manage daily operations, product listings, promotions, and merchandising, ensuring fast resolution of listing and account issues through marketplace seller support.
  • Marketplace Expansion

    : Identify and pursue new marketplace opportunities, ensuring they align with revenue goals and growth plans.
  • Operational Calendar

    : Create and maintain schedules for listing management, promotions, and marketplace actions.
  • Performance Analysis

    : Monitor and interpret metrics across marketing channels and site performance, providing data-driven insights.
  • SEO and Content Management

    : Support SEO efforts through keyword research, site optimization, competitive analysis, and content improvements.
  • Inventory Management

    : Develop assortment and inventory plans that align with sales objectives, collaborating with other divisions to ensure stock efficiency.
  • Customer Service Optimization

    : Review monthly reports, setting action items to streamline customer service processes.
  • Logistics Coordination

    : Work closely with the logistics team to maintain high seller ratings on marketplaces.
  • Financial Coordination

    : Manage invoices and ensure coordination with finance for pending payments.

Qualifications:

  • 6 Months- 1 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in apparel, fashion, textiles, or D2C.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with a results-oriented mindset for P&L and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in catalog management, content curation, and channel management.
  • Prior experience in managing seller support for multiple marketplaces.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and operate effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with industry tools and techniques for reviews, ratings, and sentiment analysis.
