About the Role

Zero Gravity Photography, India’s leading premium wedding photography brand, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage client relationships through the post-production and delivery stages.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every client receives a seamless, high-quality experience — from shoot completion to the final album handover. If you love coordinating, communicating, and creating happy clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the delivery and post-production phase.
• Manage project timelines for edited photos, videos, albums, and printed deliverables.
• Coordinate album design approvals, revisions, and printing with creative and vendor teams.
• Liaise with photographers, editors, designers, and production teams to ensure top-quality outputs.
• Monitor project progress, share timely updates, and maintain complete transparency with clients.
• Handle feedback, concerns, and escalations with empathy and ownership.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools, trackers, and dashboards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Support upselling of premium services and add-ons to enhance the client experience.
• Ensure every delivery aligns with ZGP’s brand promise of quality and creativity.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–5 years in Account Management / Client Servicing / Relationship roles (preferred: photography, media, or event industry).
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel / CRM software.
• Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.
• Languages: English & Tamil (Kannada/Telugu is a plus).
