The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Account Manager to own and grow our key enterprise account with Tech Mahindra. Your deep understanding of their business, coupled with your ability to align our solutions to their goals, will be the key to unlocking immense value for both companies.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our dedicated stakeholders at Tech Mahindra.
• Deeply understand Tech Mahindra’s business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute on a strategic account plan to expand our service footprint and identify new revenue opportunities within the account.
• Leverage your existing knowledge of Tech Mahindra’s internal structure and decision-making processes to navigate efficiently.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery, high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and timely resolution of any issues.
• Collaborate internally with delivery, solutions, and pre-sales teams to build compelling proposals and ensure client needs are met.
• Forecast accurately and manage the P&L for the account.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Must Have:

  5+ years of experience in Key/Account Management, Client Services, or Strategic Partnerships,

  with a proven track record of managing a large account at Tech Mahindra.

• You speak the language. You understand Tech Mahindra’s ecosystem, their key verticals (e.g., Telecom, Manufacturing, BFSI), and how they operate.
• A demonstrated ability to grow accounts year-over-year through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivering value, not just products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
