Job Description

Maximum Budget 80K Per Month Job Description 1. Preparation of business and cost plans with respect to the projects. 2. Analyzing Capex Investment related to cost saving for company. 3. Account closing activities w.r.t customer provision, after market provision and vendor provision. a) Asset Capitalization of projects as per the SOP date. b) Analysis and reporting of Actual expenses incurred for all projects and sites. c) Capitalization of R&D cost incurred for the month. d) Monthly provision related to sales, vendor etc. e) GAP area to identify budget Vs Actual and reporting to management. 4. CAPEX feasibility in line of targets post analysis. a) Budget Vs Actual monitoring & reporting to the management. b) Capex feasibility in line of target analysis. c) Monitoring of Capex approved Vs Actual spend. 5. Project cost capturing and capitalization. a) Time Sheet analysis based on approved projects. b) Allocation of cost to projects based upon actual hours consumed. c) Analysis the project cost on monthly basis. d) Analysis the GAP between the projects with actual spending. 6. Preparing Trading, Profit and Loss Account on monthly basis and showing to the Management after calculating the closing stock in advance excels. 7. Passing Entries of Sales, Purchase, Bank, Cash and Journal in Tally ERP Software on daily basis. 8. Making Debit Note against excess rate charge by Vendors after checking the Purchase orders and Credit Note against Freight forwarding charges paid by client after checking the sale orders. 9. Deducting TDS as per the sections applicable and depositing the same in the next month as per the provision of Income Tax and preparing the TDS returns. 10. Filing GSTR – 1 monthly against outward supplies made in the last month after inserting the details of credit notes issued, Advance received from the customers. 11. Reconciling the GST – 2A with Purchase bills received in the last month and making the list pendency with the reason on the purchase bill received by doing a con call to the suppliers 12. Calculating GST Payable amount on monthly basis after adjusting Inputs available in GST-2A and Purchase and Expenses Bills received and generating the challan for the GST Payable amount through GSTR – 3B after putting the entire calculated amount with reverse charges applicable and depositing the same GSTR – 3B. 13. Generating Outstanding of customers on Monthly Basis and discussing it with the management and following the sales managers as per the payment schedule. 14. Coordinating with Statutory and Tax Auditor and their Assistant for any documents required by them for Annual Audit of Balance Sheet and Tax. 15. Generating E-Way bill against outward supplies done and materials received in the factory. 16. Making Cheques, NEFT and RTGS for Payment to Vendors and other service providers. 17. Coordinate with Bank officials for urgent Banking works related to Import and exports documents submission. 18. Preparing documents for Budgetary Support from central government to SEZ Industries. 19. Depositing EPF and ESIC challan before due date. 20. Making salary transfer sheet on monthly basis. 21. Depositing EPF and ESIC challan before due date. 22. Preparing document related to Bank Guarantees. 23. Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually Consolidation of accounts and preparation of annual reports. 24. Passing Entry in ERP – Tally related to Sale, Purchase, Bank, Cash, Journal etc. 25. Preparation and updating of various MIS statements for Management. 26. Coordinating with statutory auditors.
