Job Description: You will be working as an Account Manager at Sathya Traders, based in Dharmapuri. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships. You will need to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, understand client requirements, provide project updates, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
