Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, overseeing account operations, managing client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing client needs, tracking account performance, and working cross-functionally with other teams to optimize client services and achieve company goals. Qualifications

Client Relationship Management, Customer Communication, and Account Servicing expertise
Skills in Reporting, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning for Account Management
Proficiency in Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Collaboration
Experience in Sales, Upselling Strategies, and Business Development
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Experience with CRM tools and software, along with familiarity with industry standards
