Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and social media friendly Account Manager to manage and grow our clients' online presence across various social platforms. You’ll be responsible for strategy, content planning, shoot management, publishing, community management, and reporting — ensuring consistency, engagement, and measurable growth. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement tailored strategies for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) in alignment with business goals and brand tone. Maintain, organize and execute regular postings Content Management: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to plan and publish high-performing posts, Reels, Stories, and videos. Reporting & Analytics: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights through weekly/monthly performance reports. Content Strategy: Identify ideas that resonate well with the brand requirements and make presentations of the same Content Management which includes: Planning shoots - mood boarding, styling plans , location hunting , talent sourcing Get shoots executed with photographer/videographer Editing out content as per your vision with the editots (preferable but not mandatory) Directing the photographer/ videographer during shoots (preferable) Client Communication : Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
