Account Manager

Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations. This includes preparing and finalizing Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, balance sheets, and other financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards. Your role will involve ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to management, utilizing ERP systems and Tally for efficient accounting operations, and troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to ERP and Tally. Your expertise in financial statements and experience with ERP systems and Tally will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and have a strong understanding of financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, balance sheets, and other financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management. - Utilize ERP systems and Tally for accurate and efficient accounting operations. - Manage and maintain financial data within ERP and Tally systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERP and Tally. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. - Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide variance analysis. - Ensure adherence to all local and international financial regulations, including tax filings, audits, and other statutory requirements. - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations. - Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders for audits and financial reporting. - Liaise with banks and other financial institutions. - Maintain and organize all financial records, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.,
