Designation : Account Manager Location : Noida, India Job Description The Account Manager is the custodian of client relationship responsible for client satisfaction, managing and growing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. Essentials Account Management: 1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client success including inquiries, concerns, and new business discussions. 3. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or challenges. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to present and demonstrate InfoAxons Solutions and Products to clients Business Development: 1. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio among the same and other line of businesses. 2. Achieve clients specific top-line and bottom-line targets 3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs. 4. Co and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Collaboration & Coordination: 1. Manage regular governance calls with the clients, identify key actions, and ensure client satisfaction. 2. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to craft and present customized solutions to the clients. 3. Work closely with the delivery and sales team to develop proposals and pricing model. 4. Ensure seamless project execution by coordinating between clients and internal teams. Reporting & Analysis: 1. Track key account metrics and prepare regular reports for management. 2. Analyze client performance data to identify areas for improvement and upsell opportunities. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress. Requirements: 1. B.E./B Tech, BBA or MBA 2. Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in an IT Solutions or Product organization. 3. Strong communication, business development, and networking skills. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights. 6. Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities. 7. Travel is mandatory as per the requirements.
