The candidate will be responsible for managing the client accounts and will be responsible for strong client relationships
- The candidate shall be responsible for increasing the volume of the accounts
- The candidate will be responsible for managing all legal and financials for his account
- The candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional team communications
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internally Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the client
- Estimating and negotiating estimates with the client
Key Skills:
- Account Management / Client Management experience
- Experience in the mobile & Web development company is highly desirable
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and key account management.
