Job Description

We are seeking highly energetic individuals with go getter attitude for Account Manager position. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of ERP solution, and driving revenue growth. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients and strive to successfully support ERP solution needs of the client through tailored solutions. Roles and Responsibilities : Responsible for being a Single point of contact (SPOC) to the clients. Stay in regular touch with all customers in the given portfolio to service the account in a holistic manner. Ensure that customers business goals and requirements are being met. Review all major deliverables at regular intervals to ensure quality standards are maintained and customer expectations are met. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing customers to increase company revenue and customers use of all services of Farvision Conduct periodic internal audits and collects positive feedback from the clients as well as the team to improve operational efficiency and revenues. Spearhead meetings and presentation briefs for the top management or Functional Head with the client for creative and innovative out of box thinking. Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems through efficient risk management. Shall be solely in charge of 30-40 clients each and will be responsible for the collections as well. Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent 7+ years of relevant work experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
