Job Description

Responsibilities: Work on TALLY ERP 9.0 (with GST utilities) Software. Working on customized Tally ERP Software. Make Accounting entries like Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Journal, Contra, Credit note and Debit Note, Purchase order, Sales order etc.. Bank Reconciliation: Everyday check online bank statment and prepare bank reconciliation. Prepare Cheques, NEFT, RTGS and Demand Drafts. Reconcile and rectify account ledgers of Debtors and Creditors. Ensure TDS applicability in expense invoice. If TDS applicable then make entry of TDS and keep in record. Make online TDS payment and prepare report in excel and Tally and send to C.A. for TDS return. Make online payment of Income Tax and GST. Prepare GST calculate statement on monthly basis and send to our C.A. Prepare GSTR-3B and GSTR-01 offline under supervision of our C.A. Prepare E-Way Bill for sales and purchases where applicable. Prepare and keep ready useful files and data for VAT, GST and Income Tax Return and Audit. Inventory statement and aging report of creditors and debtors for Bank prepare and submit monthly basis. Prepare monthly Expense Summary, Cash Flow Statement and oepning-clossing statement of Capital, Stock and debtors and creditors and send to management. Communicate with bank for banking needs.
