We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects, addressing any concerns and ensuring timelines are met. Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and work to expand accounts by offering additional services. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring that clients remain satisfied with our services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Track and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and overall service delivery to management. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. Requirements Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role for minimum 1-2 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to negotiate and close deals, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software. A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a service-based or B2B industry is a plus.
