Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, skilled in managing key client accounts and driving growth through cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers, focusing on aligning Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, or Microsoft services to meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning relevant solutions.
• Manage the entire account lifecycle from client onboarding to project delivery and post-deployment support.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, or Microsoft service offerings, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions, maintain customer satisfaction, and meet client expectations.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales in a technology-driven environment.
• Knowledge of two or more cloud services: Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, or Microsoft.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
