Need candidates from US Staffing background only and who have previously worked with System Integrators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and potential connections with existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing PM/HM. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated on industry trends. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients. Requirements: Proven experience in direct sales and account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with Excel reporting and ATS. Bachelors degree in Business and Marketing is preferred.
