Job purposeTo build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth through strategic account management, and ensure seamless service delivery. Duties and Responsibilities - KRABuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand clientsβ business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales performance using CRM tools.Provide regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and business performance. Experience : Minimum 3 yrs Authorities Client Communication & Negotiation β Directly communicate with clients and negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements.Strategic Planning β Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize business growth.Decision-Making on Client Solutions β Recommend suitable IT solutions based on client needs.Contract & Proposal Approval β Approve proposals and contracts before final client presentation.Cross-Functional Collaboration β Coordinate with development, marketing, and finance teams for project execution.Revenue Growth Strategies β Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Customer Success Oversight β Address client concerns and ensure high service satisfaction.Market Analysis & Adaptation β Adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor insights. Performance Goals/ KPI Client Retention Rate β Maintain and improve long-term client relationships with a high retention rate.Revenue Growth β Increase revenue from assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling.New Business Acquisition β Successfully onboard new clients and expand the customer base.Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) β Ensure high client satisfaction through effective account management.Sales Target Achievement β Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Contract Renewal Rate β Ensure a high percentage of contract renewals with existing clients.Response Time & Issue Resolution β Address client inquiries and resolve issues within a set timeframe.Market & Competitor Analysis Reports β Provide timely insights on market trends and competitor activities.CRM Data Accuracy & Usage β Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration Efficiency β Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams for smooth project execution.
