Job Title: Accounts ManagerIndustry:- Tours & Travels IndustryLocation: KolkataSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per monthQualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)Working Days: Monday to Saturday / 6 days a weekWorking Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PMPreferred Candidate: Male (only)Experience: Minimum 7 years in travel industry accounting

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations for the travel division.Work on travel accounting software and Excel (must).Coordinate with CA for statutory compliances like IT, GST, TCS, TDS, and Professional Tax.Handle funds flow, salary disbursement, and online banking.Perform reconciliation for airlines, clients, and suppliers.Prepare and maintain MIS and financial records.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting activities.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of travel industry accounting processes.Proficiency in Excel and travel accounting software.Good understanding of statutory compliances and taxation.Ability to manage reconciliations and financial reports independently.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Good communication and coordination ability with internal teams and CA.
