Job Description

Accounting: Maintaining Tally or ERP up to date Upkeep of documentation invoices, bills, receipts Daily bank reconciliation Handing purchase & sales accounting Defining and implementing the process for vendor’s payments and employee’s reimbursement Reconciliation of Debtor & Creditors account Reconciliation of payable and receivable account Reconciliation of monthly payroll and disbursement of the salaries Payment and reconciliation of direct and indirect taxes Computation of GST & Filing of GST-1, 2A, 3B, & GSTR9,9C Calculation of GST & TDS Tax & Computation of GST Return & E-Filing of GST-1, 2A, 3B Handle monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closings Create monthly, quarterly and yearly Accounting Statement/Report for Management Corporate Finance: Yearly business planning Forecasting and tracking against the business plan Preparing and presenting P&L, and Cash Flow statements Reporting key financial KPIs on monthly, quarterly and annually basis Work closely with management on Trend analysis, buy/rent analysis and support in decision making Statutory financial audits and annual filings Preparation and processing of Board Resolutions Statutory filing for Registrar of companies
