Job Description

Job Title:

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations for our US clients. The ideal candidate will work during US business hours and handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for US-based clients.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledger accounts.
Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients/customers.
Assist in monthly/quarterly financial closings and reporting.
Support audits and compliance documentation as required.
Maintain accurate vendor/customer records and resolve discrepancies.

US Client Interaction:

Communicate with US-based clients/vendors regarding billing, payments, and account queries.
Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure high service quality.

Tools & Reporting:

Maintain accounting records using Excel and/or accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
Generate periodic financial reports for internal teams and clients.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with US clients.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in night/US shift hours.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
