Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks in our office. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily sales & purchase entries
  • Prepare and verify invoices
  • Manage petty cash records
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Update ledgers & maintain documentation
  • Coordinate with clients when needed
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or any commerce-related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Busy) – preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
  • Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Must be detail-oriented and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
