Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: This includes processing invoices, paying vendors, and collecting payments from customers. · Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and inventory. · Assisting with Financial Reporting: Preparing reports for management, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. · Ensuring Financial Compliance: Working with other departments to ensure that all financial transactions are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. · Budgeting and Reconciliation: Assisting with the preparation of budgets and reconciling bank statements and other financial records. · Working with Other Departments: Collaborating with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. · Managing Export Documentation: In some cases, they may also be responsible for preparing export documents, such as commercial invoices and packing lists. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Accounting Knowledge: A good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
